We have uploaded to the World War One Roll of Honour a biography of Geoffrey Arthur Anstee of the Toddington Anstees who fought in (amongst others) the Battle of Le Transloy in October 1916, part of the Battle of the Somme, for which he received the Military Cross in 1917.
