We have uploaded to the World War One Roll of Honour a biography of Charles Raby Anstey, an Australian member of the Tywardreath Ansteys of Cornwall, who died in 1916 on the Western Front in Northern France after being wounded in action following a “trench raid” on the German front line. Anybody who has information they would like to add to this biography, please contact us at research@theansteystory.com.
Anybody who has researched their Anstey ancestors’ wartime heroics and wishes for their findings to be uploaded to the Anstey story project website, feel free to contact us.
