Francis Albert Anstey World War One Hero

We have uploaded to the World War One Roll of Honour a biography of Francis Albert Anstey, a member of the Birmingham Ansteys, who signed up for active service in Coventry in 1915, joining the Royal Army Service Corps and spending much of the war in the Mechanical Transport Army Service Corps (M. T. A. S. C.) based in Sydenham.

Anybody who has information they would like to add to this biography, please contact us at research@theansteystory.com.

Anybody who has researched their Anstey ancestors’ wartime heroics and wishes for their findings to be uploaded to the Anstey story project website, feel free to contact us.
