George R. Anstey American Civil War Hero

We have uploaded to the pre-World War One Conflicts Roll of Honour a biography of George R. Anstey of the St Albans, Vermont Ansteys of America, who signed up to fight in the American Civil War on the side of the Union in 1865 as a Private with ‘Company B. 125th New York Voluntary Infantry‘ and later ‘Battery H. 4th New York Heavy Artillery‘.
