Frederick William Cecil Anstey World War One Hero

We have uploaded to the World War One Roll of Honour a biography of Frederick William Cecil Anstey of the Milborne Port Anstys, who joined the Army in April 1916 and was then transferred to first the Royal Flying Corps and later the Royal Air Force as a mechanic – eventually rising to the rank of Flight Sergeant.

Anybody who has information they would like to add to this biography please contact us at research@theansteystory.com.

Anybody who has researched their Anstey ancestors’ wartime heroics and wishes for their findings to be uploaded to the Anstey story project website, feel free to contact us.
