We have uploaded to the pre-World War One and World War One Rolls of Honour a biography of Thomas George Anstee of the Houghton Regis Anstees, who was awarded the “South Africa Medal with three clasps” whilst embodied with the 5th Battalion of the (Prince Consort’s Own) Rifle Brigade and then entered the ‘France’ Theatre of War on 19 May 1915 at Boulogne as part of the British Expeditionary Force, heading straight for the Western Front.
