Thomas George Anstee Second Boer War Hero

We have uploaded to the pre-World War One and  World War One Rolls of Honour a biography of Thomas George Anstee of the Houghton Regis Anstees, who was awarded the “South Africa Medal with three clasps” whilst embodied with the 5th Battalion of the (Prince Consort’s Own) Rifle Brigade and then entered the ‘France’ Theatre of War on 19 May 1915 at Boulogne as part of the British Expeditionary Force, heading straight for the Western Front.

Anybody who has information they would like to add to this biography please contact us at research@theansteystory.com.

Anybody who has researched their Anstey ancestors’ wartime heroics and wishes for their findings to be uploaded to the Anstey story project website, feel free to contact us.
