Elsie Winifred Anstey World War One Hero

We have uploaded to the World War One Roll of Honour a biography of Elsie Winifred Anstey of the Kennford Ansteys, who decided to help the war effort by joining first the Women’s Legion and then later in 1917 the Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps, with whom she worked at Crookham as part of the Q. M. A. A. C.
