John Frank Anstey World War One Hero

We have uploaded to the World War One Roll of Honour a biography of John Frank Anstey of the Kennford Ansteys, who signed up for service fairly early in the war, was posted to the Royal Garrison Artillery as a Gunner, and was wounded in 1918, just before the end of the conflict.

Anybody who has information they would like to add to this biography, or can elaborate on John’s war story, please contact us at research@theansteystory.com.

Anybody who has researched their Anstey ancestors’ wartime heroics and wishes for their findings to be uploaded to the Anstey story project website, feel free to contact us.
