William Anstey Persian Gulf Campaign Hero

We have uploaded to the Pre-World War One and the World War One Rolls of Honour a biography of William Anstey of the East Stoke Ansteys, who signed up for service with the Royal Navy in 1897, serving on ‘HMS Odin‘ in the Persian Gulf Campaign as a Petty Officer in 1911, and serving on various ships during World War One.
