George Anstey (b 1896) World War One Hero

We have uploaded to the World War One Roll of Honour a biography of George Anstey of the Doynton Ansteys, who served with first the Army Cyclist Corps as a Private (Service Number: 1979), then the Gloucester Regiment (Service Number: 202755), and finally the Lancashire Fusiliers (Service Number: 328018) – he was wounded in action in the final months of the war.
