John Alexander Anstee (b 1895)

John Alexander Anstee, a member of the Potsgrove Anstees, was born in q1 1895 in Coventry to parents William Thomas Gamble Anstey and Katherine Lyons. He grew up in Coventry, living at Court House, 2, White Friars Lane, Coventry in 1901, and by the 1911 Census he was a cotton mill piecer living with his uncle Thomas Lyons and his family at Court 1 New St Lees, Lees, Lancashire.
