William Thomas Frederick Anstey, a member of an unknown sub-branch, was born in q3 1894 in Bath to unknown parents. We cannot locate him in the 1901 Census, and by the 1911 Census he was an unmarried ‘stenter’ at a bleach works in King Street Brachlaw Near Bolton Lancashire.
