Philip Roger Anstey World War One Hero?

We have uploaded to the World War One Roll of Honour a biography of Philip Roger Anstey of the Dyrham Anstees, who enrolled with the Royal Tank Corps in 1921. We are currently trying to establish if he had previous army postings during the war itself, with either the Royal Gloucestershire Hussars or any other unit.

Anybody who can provide such evidence, or has information they would like to add to this biography, please contact us at research@theansteystory.com.

Anybody who has researched their Anstey ancestors’ wartime heroics and wishes for their findings to be uploaded to the Anstey story project website, feel free to contact us.
